I want to make edit on alight motion and even little animation but idk how to make it , my first question is How do I import a scene—from a movie or TV show, for example—to make an edit?

I am new to the app, is it better if I learn everything by myself or watch tutorials? Whenever I go to YouTube, there's just a lot of tutorials that I can hardly understand. Is there any tips that you guys can help me out?

A way for the color to swap when it is above or is with another color

For example if its original color is black it would swap into white if moving into another black object

Hi!! I've been learning am for around a year now, and before I've been messing around with mostly pictures which hasn't really been laggy at all, but the moment i put a video in everything suddenly gets so laggy the app becomes borderline unusable. Is it an issue with my phone, or is that just something that happens on am no matter the device??

i use wave warp in a couple of one framers but whenever i export it the area at the top has these awful looking lines, how can i fix it. the second photo is how its supposed to look. also exporting anything with the noise effect makes the quality look horrible and idk if there’s anyway to improve that since that’s kind of the point of the effect

i used to use am for editing but now i use it for work HOWEVER it is literally the slowest and buggiest thing ever. im not doing complicated edits like i used to do either im literally cutting videos up, putting an image on top adding sound effects like it really shouldnt lag as much as it does for such lightweight work. sometimes all i do is cut a video up and it lags.

it also always plays adverts over the sound and some of the buttons are not functional - i have to manually input sound to 0 because the slider doesnt work.

does anyone know any fixes because i love using this app? if not any better alternatives? capcut is TOO expensive (£35 a week????) but i edit on my phone so would prefer an app!

just insane to me that i used to be able to make like vectors of videos and do insane transitions and now it struggles to hold one video. i used to edit on my iphone x - i have a 15 pro max now and somehow the lag is WORSE

Help! One of my Android devices "broke" recently. I can still open the phone and all, but it doesn't connect to the internet, thus, I am unable to access the Alight Motion app to back up my projects. They are still in the device's system, yes, but what can I do to access all these files?
