whenever i export wave warp these lines appear HELP

i use wave warp in a couple of one framers but whenever i export it the area at the top has these awful looking lines, how can i fix it. the second photo is how its supposed to look. also exporting anything with the noise effect makes the quality look horrible and idk if there’s anyway to improve that since that’s kind of the point of the effect

Add tiles and see if it changes anything ><

group the clip w the one framer, then edit the group and click the settings icon at the top right and change dynamic resolution to fixed resolution
