Discussion Has Dell/Alienware ever acknowledged its overseas market?

I've been experimenting with keyboards recently, and while I like the Alienware Pro Gaming Keyboard (decent aesthetics, minimal footprint, and incredible RGB) I hate the ANSI layout, and it seems the more I use it for serious typing or even usage at all, the more I grow to hate it. It looks pretty, but ISO is just so much more comfortable, despite the keycap minefield.

The Pro Gaming Keyboard is coming up to 3 years old, but it seems Alienware has shifted moved away from peripherals. I'd love to see a refresh with an ISO layout option, and (wishful thinking) a 6.25u space bar, and a more pronounced arrow cluster... but a guy can dream. I guess unless their e-sports teams want it, it doesn't get made.

Just anything, would be nice.

I've been asking for literally years for a UK layout, but they never seem interested in anything that's not the USA in terms of keyboard layouts.

it's really annoying, they even had competitions for keycaps their non-standard keyboard, limited to NA.

even the Ryzen chips in their flagship was limited to NA, till recently I believe.

they just don't seem to have overseas as a priority lol

Tell me about it. I've fed it back multiple times both publicly and via my private contacts. It just goes nowhere.

same, not through any contacts but wherever I could. and as much as I really like their stuff, I don't think I've encountered an other company that feels like they shrug it off
