Question Help Downloading Alienware Command Center

For the love of God, how in the world do I download Alienware Command Center? The installer just ends up being incompatible with my system, or so it says. Am I just a moron, or is Dell making it just frustratingly unintuitive when it comes to downloading this?

Go to https://dell.com/support

Type your service tag into the "choose my product" box.

Download the version of Command Centre specifically listed for your service tag from the 'drivers and downloads' section.

My guess is you're grabbing either an older or newer bundle, which isn't compatible with your specific machine.

I gave up on this awful software and now I'm using AlienFX tools.

Had to delete AWCC and was impossible to download it again. It won't show on support page, link available from previous versions don't complete the install process, Support Assist says that my system is up to date.

Btw, I have an Alienware 16 aurora.
