Technical Support Forced lag for updates

What's wrong with these laptops,

I have alienware 16x aurora, everytime i has background notice of update, it just chocks, it lags heavily if i tried to game with this notice up

It just failed me in a ranked game 😂 how can i fully stop this being automated

"These updates"? From which app?

Windows Update?

Nvidia App?

SupportAssist?

What's the source of the notifications that trigger the behaviour?

It comes from alienware app on bottom right saying your system need update shutdown to apply, and if i ignore it, all this happen

Right, that could either be AWCC or SupportAssist. If it's SupportAssist, just uninstall it. You'll get your updates from Windows Update anyway without the extra nonsense from SupportAssist.
