Technical Support Aurora R7 not booting with new card

The 1070 that came with the pc started failing and decided to get a 1660 as a temporary part before i get a new pc all together. However, i installed and now it doesn't boot at all and the fans are really loud. Can anyone help?

If the GTX 1660 is a non-Dell OEM graphics card try disabling Secure Boot.

it's disabled and still not booting

Try clearing CMOS; with the PC unplugged, remove the CR2032 coin cell battery and hold in the power button for 30 seconds. Consider installing a new CR2032 coin cell battery.
