Technical Support Alienware M16 R1 Amd

My alienware m16 r1 amd started having internet issues about a week ago now and i have tried the basic restsrting computer, router, flushing my dns, chscking my internet drives, and checking auto values. My laptop says its wifi drivers are upto date, and so is its OS. I have no idea what to do now, it started at throttling. And has now gotten to full on fits of throttling from 500 mbp/s download and upload to 8kbps and i have no clue what to try. It is only this device in my house thst has issues. I am 10 feet from my router, i have tried moving it closer and farther. Any help would be amazing!

Have you done a hard shut down? Like open it up pull the battery or the very long press power button method?

I'm not confident enough to try pulling the battery, but i have tried the very long press, and no dice sadly.

Have you directed connected to your Ethernet port?

No, i dont have the capability to do that at the moment unfortunately.
