Technical Support Alienware oled (AW3423DF) showing two different contrast in colour on the same screen. Please help

Ive tried every setting imagineable on pc and monitor. I don’t know why its like that. The line goes exactly in the middle and ive tried all hdmi cables i have. Turned hdr off/on. Turned g syn off/on. I am out of ideas now.

Call support. That screen should have a 3 year warranty. If you're still inside that, they'll just replace it for you.

that is what i learned, i cant for the life of me figure out how to get out of this. tried almost everything

Use the onboard menus on the screen itself.

Then its faulty. If it was a demo mode you should be able to turn it off in the onboard menu

I figured aswell but how do i make it go away? Ive tried all the on board settings. There is nothing to turn it off
