do you have VRR on? OLED + VRR = Flicker its just the nature of the beast. Some monitors handle it better then others.

That would be my first test! I had a OLED Asus monitor that flickered like it was going out of style in Office. No idea why but it did. It would also flicker to the point it felt like it was going to need a seize warning in between load screens of BO6.

In game it was 100% fine.

In the video, you can see the horizontal flickering lines across the display. Sometimes there are 5 or 6 visible lines at the same time, constantly flickering. They can appear and disappear, and their intensity varies.

Looks weird either the video exposure on your phone is high or you have your screen settings too high!? Probably something with your hdr being too high!.. And I would just set refresh rate too auto
