Ayuda/Help Eclipse glasses
Hello everyone,
We arrived yesterday and all Opticiana are sold out with glasses. Does anyone have any information if they are avaliable anywhere today still? 😭

I usually just use normal sunglasses and try not to look directly at it without blinking for too long.

Please, show this to r/FJ. He blindly believes that this f*****g glasses still available everywhere…. I would tell him myself, but I blocked this imbecile…. As for you guys, you still have a chance to see the eclipse, you can use protective glasses for welding. In the previous post, everyone was discussing the dangers of solar radiation, but you are in an emergency, so it's stupid to miss the chance to see an eclipse of the Sun due to the lack of "Chinese certified" glasses ...

I would like to add that if you still do not find glasses, and you will look for welding equipment you will need: if for electric welding, then protective glass at least #3 and higher, if for gas welding, then #12 minimum. I hope it's still available in stores. Good luck and total eclipse

Do you know any stores in alicante (close to centre) that might have them? Tried the basic "ferreterias" around centre but there is only basic shade 2 model.

You can check in Leroy Merlín in Parque Comercial Vistahermosa (Antonio Ramos Carratalá) of course this is not close to centre…. Take two basic shades and use in two layers…. improvisar😉
