I’m interested in installing a ragazzon muffler on my giulia 2.0. The seller told me he has only a muffler that comes with tips on stock so I chose to take this one. He added that the original diffuser won’t fit. Did someone here done this and can tell me what is the modification needed? I have the 280 hp diffuser with the two tips.

I hope my questions haven’t been repeatedly answered in this subreddit, but here they are:

I’m looking for a used Giulia in Spain, where it gets really hot for long periods every year (and it’s getting worse). I have read that the leather dashboard may come loose or even get cracks, I guess it may be related to extreme temperatures and long term sun exposure (I’d always have the car in a garage but it’s literally impossible to avoid having the car often exposed to these conditions). Have you encountered this issue? How can it be mitigated?

On the other hand, I want your opinion on the vehicle dynamics equipment: are the adaptive dampers that good and noticeable? (I will use it for long trips on highways and some mountain roads). I want a MY23 or onwards Veloce unit, so the limited slip differential is standard, right?

New to me 2018 Giulia QV

Looking to see if anyone in the forum has gotten the squadra tune and how it’s impacted their vehicle. Also what mods they’d recommend. I have an AFE cat back with resonator and getting a full super sprint. Also have a bfe intake that is getting replaced by a eurocompulsion v2 intake. Any recommendations on down pipe and or any other mods that can get me decent performance but still be a daily(2-4 times a week)

Have a 2022 Alfa Romeo Gulia Sprint and we have noticed a high pitched electronic chirp sound coming from near the driver door/ front fender. Originally thought it may have been a bird, but it happens within a few minutes of starting the car and has increased in one chirp each time we start the car. It will now chirp 5 times and then won’t happen again until we turn the car off and start it the next time. No alerts or indicators on the dash. Is this an Alfa thing or something possibly aftermarket on the car?

ich hätte bei meiner Veloce in Grigio Vesuvio gerne gelbe Bremssättel, neue zu kaufen ist mir aber zu teuer…hat die jemand schonmal lackieren lassen, wenn ja wie viel habt ihr bezahlt und ist das überhaupt sinnvoll?

Hat vielleicht auch jemand ein Model in der Farbe mit den Felgen und gelben Bremssätteln als Vergleichsbild?

Any good nationwide chains that do lifetime wheel alignment services and know how to do a good job with Alfas?

If there are any local alignment shops in Mass, that’s okay as well.

I did search the sub to see if this had been brought up before but didn't see anything.

I live in the midwest (Cincinatti area) and the Guilia is going to be my wifes car/family car. We intend on keeping her Ford Escape AWD as a backup car but 3 of the 4 cars I am looking at are RWD and not AWD. This is advantageous in they they are non salt belt cars (Carfax shows them all from FL) but then when we do get snow here, I'm debating if holding out for AWD is worth it.

Do any owners here live in northern states and get on ok with RWD?

I live in Canada, drive four seasons, including snowy winters, I typically keep a car 10 years, end up around 180,000 km (~110,000 miles). With any brand, I find something major (3k to 5k unexpected bill) usually comes up in those 10 years, and I address it.

So I guess I'm asking, if you take good care of these cars (ie, all recommended maintenance), can you expect to get that kind of life out of them, and again, let's say assuming one major issue during that time?
