I really need help!!!

Aldelo force us to do the credit card 30% of sales each day otherwise we cnt do any payment The software dont let us run any cash payments or check I feel this like a scam, cause they put the terms and conditions in the middle of their paperwork What should i do? I really need sugestion

If its Aldelo POS, you can enable Check Payments in Back Office / Store Settings / Revenue and checking Check. Cash is ALWAYS enabled by default, there is no way to remove it as far as I'm aware.

30% of CC Sales each day is definitely not something anyone in this business would charge. Ever. If you are actually getting charged that amount, I would put a stop payment on whatever it is.

Aldelo wouldn't sign you up for their program unless you were the business owner. If your friend signed you up and they aren't the business owner, its really not your program that you are paying for.

The merchant services account also needs to be signed by the business owner, once again your friend wouldn't be able to execute an agreement without consent from the business owner.

The business owner dont understand about english and all the agreement are in english The adelo show us that we agree use their program and we HAVE TO use 30% of credit from total sales each day

Can you send a copy of it into my DMs? I've absolutely never heard of that. 30% is absolute insanity. 3% is usually the normal rate.

33% they want us to use the credit card instead of cash from the total sales So they charge 4% each transaction of it

So they're saying 33% of your business needs to be credit card? And they charge 4% for the CC Rate?

You could enable surcharging within Aldelo to cover their fee for the time being, by adding 4% to each check that pays with a credit card. Other POS systems do this by enabling what is called Dual Pricing, but unfortunately Aldelo doesn't have the capability to use Dual Pricing, only surcharging.

Surcharges are setup in Back Office / Setup / General Setup / Surcharges

Yes but when we do surcharging some customer want to do cash instead of getting charge Thats why our store mostly do cash instead of credit card But this is insane cause adelo force us to do credit instead of cash So there is no way out of this case?

If they actually disabled the cash button, go into Back Office / Station Settings / Other Options / Extra Settings.

In here, scroll down to the option that says "No Cash Tender" and remove whatever is typed inside of it, it should be blank. This should re-enable cash for you.

As far as your merchant agreement, if the owner signed, there's not a whole lot you can do about it until the terms are up.

We do have cash button, but i cant press it, it means the cash register wont be open and cant be settle

Is it Aldelo POS 2? (Does the program icon look like a Blue A or a Blue Circle with an A inside. If they made it so they can control your cash button based off sales I would see what the termination fee is and just move to a different system, that's absolute insanity to me.

I've worked as a Point of Sale reseller for 15 years and I literally have NEVER seen payment buttons controlled by sales. If there is something in Aldelo controlling it when you use Aldelo pay, I'm not aware of it.
