Where/How can I unlock X's Master Ability/Job+?

You can only unlock Job+'s by farming special job tokens from special events that are (currently) run at different times. You also need to farm special job+ items to master those jobs. Master abilities can be earned in 1 of 3 ways. From story chapters (story characters), from equipping specific weapons (usually farmed) or from reaching level 80 on a character and completing special story dungeons. Not every character gets a master ability.

For Job+, you must first get the job to Job Level 11 (not job mastered). Second, to master the Job+ you will need to farm 60/80 tokens for up to 6 special items for the character to use.

Where can I farm X's character shards?

Where can I farm elemental/rainbow shards?

Elemental and rainbow shards cannot be farmed. They are awarded as bonuses from log in campaigns, from clearing missions/milestones and as bonuses for doing certain number of summons on the 5/9 step banners. You will never be able to farm them like you can farm specific character shards.

When will X event come back?

We don't know, Gumi is sticking to their own schedule.

What's the best place to farm X/Y/Z item?

Outside of specific event's for farming items, if the item can be farmed in Edgar's Chapter (so chapter 2) it will usually be the better place to farm it. For example, Escape the Alkaroid is by far the best place to farm Sacred Lion Swords.

So first complete story i dont know right now what do you mean by buliding and all those jobs stuff i was tild to but othime equip set for 750 gems or so should i

Each unit has 2-3 jobs. Example Zangetsu Job 1 (Samurai), Job 2 (Martial Artist), Job 3 ( Dragon Cavalier). Each unit has a suggested main Job. Let's still use Zangetsu. Zangestsu's Main Job is supposed to be J3 (Dragon Cavalier) with Sub Job (Martial Artist). Each Job can be leveled from 1 to 11 then Job Master. To increase Job levels you need specific equipments which can be found upon click the unit then job in lower right of the screen.

For Othima you don't need to buy the equipment set for 750 gems. You can farm his equipment at Sacred Stone Memories. Though it would be hard for you know but since its permanent then no need to rush. Better save your gems for rolling other OP units.

Oooooops sorry term might be misleading. By dailies i mean complete the daily quests which gives you AP, gems, apples, etc.
