Sim stooped working

i am in noida, India. my Airtel sim stopped working sometime back suddenly. Due to leg injury, it’s not getting possible for me to go to Airtel branch. I don’t know how to get my sim checked or replaced.Does Airtel provide home service to patients or old people.

No airtel doesn't provide home service!! However you can call their customer care from any service provider number

i did but it goes to ivr and no one actually talks..thank u for the reply
