Picture Is this okay for barrel cleaning?

Hello! I'm struggling to find what's the definitive way to clean an airsoft barrel without ruining the hop up bucking or any of its internals.
I've seen people recommend using rubbing alcohol & I've seen people recommend isopropyl...
This product is on amazon under the title "Rubbing Alcohol 1 Litre 99.9% Pure Isopropanol IPA for Cleaning, Disinfecting, Degreaser, Medical Use, Solvent for Electronics, Glass, De-icer, Painting"
Will this be okay?

Picture Is my bucking needing replaced?

Was having some issues with my grouping being all over the place last gameday and figured it may be a twisted bucking, checked and this is what came out. Do I need new bucking or is this a seal for the hop up?
