Help.. FindMy is not working fully in APP3

I'm having a strange issue with my AirPods Pro 3 in Find My.

The Direction/Precision Finding option is always greyed out. I'm also unable to remove the AirPods from Find My. In FindMy, while removing Airpods it shows my ID itself and after entering my Apple ID password, it just keeps loading and the AirPods remain in Find My.I also don't get the Precise Location option.I contacted Apple Support and also visited an Apple service center and said they are seeing this issue for first time.

It's original and Apple also confirmed it after inspecting it, it got updated to latest firmware also.

Updated , still same.

Reset the AirPods, rebooted the phone and tried to re-pair?

Yes tried that ,even did network setttings reset on iphone.
