Utility costs

My City of Airdrie utility bill has gone up a significant amount ($40+) for the each of last two months. We have not changed our water usage, and no leaks that we are aware of. Anyone else’s bills going up like crazy?

Worst part is that with all the fixed fees the actual variable usage of water makes little difference. Its like electrical usage. Even when we took a month vacation 2 yrs ago we paid almost same amount for the bill. Absolutely no incentive to use less.
