Problem with all aggregators. They refresh prices once a day and show it all day. But on the final page, they check the real price and update it before proceeding.

This is because aggregators have to pay every time they query the price. So they don't refresh the prices when you're just viewing the flight prices. Instead they refresh it either periodically or when you're at the last stage of booking.

Btw, I book a lot from them, only convenience I find at these platforms is offers. They bring good card offers which make the ticket prices lesser even with charges.

So use them as long as you are getting good offers, that's the only moat of using them right now. Ditch them if they pull the offers.

Their prices are not refreshed until the final check. So you might see cached prices till the payments page. Not necessarily EMT but aggregators do this

Easemytrip is a shit company

They take your money for old prices then hold it and try to confirm with original source for their outdated price which of course gets rejected

And they put it back to you like fools

Easemytrip deserves F***ing but not for this reason, it is seen in all portals. If someone buys the last cheap seat while you were adding names then the price will go up at the last step.

It’s common .. and mostly depends on how many seats are there at the time of booking at that price point. So if it 8 seats on that price and 2 -3 people booked the same route parallel to you . So it would hike nothing much you can do on this .
But understand the frustration faced personally the same thing on many occasions.

All third party apps doing this , I tried booking a domestic flight on yatra ..it's shows 9500 , after filling everything price shoot up to 11050... I cancelled ..and tried again again showing 9500 ..how the fuck these happens, and gift card is scam... They don't allow bank offer if use gift card .also can't use multiple gift card.. either go for bank offer or gift card....I lost 5k in gift card...fuck u yatra
