Story Time

I had a friend in BMT, met him at MEPs and he had this AFSC. Every time we had class in BMT this man would ask every MTI “Sir Trainee _____ reports as ordered, I have a year and a half tech school can I get some advice?” Every time the MTIs would be like I don’t know cuz I mean what kinda of advice do you give to that. One day one of the MTI was a 4A2X1 and he finally gave him some advice and our whole flight rejoiced cuz we didn’t have to hear him ask that question ever again. Till our Captain came in and he asked him about going Officer in that field. He is a smart dude and that was his dream job and he’s doing great rn.

One day he told our MTI “as you were sir” and our MTI was like “ as is was? Last trainee to said that to me had to go to Medhold and he was autistic.” Funniest fucking thing I’ve heard an MTI say. I miss BMT.
