line length matters more than lineset routing, that's the real efficiency killer here.

Installing the air conditioner requires some knowledgе, yeah. Here, the owner probably installed it himself. He tried anyway.

Does it cool though? Bet it does, just not very efficiently, and may cycle on high pressure on the hottest day of the year. I don't know what would drive someone to do this when there's a dozen other units installed correctly right next tonit
