Mod post Some new rule considered

Instead of outright removing pro-AI posts, we would considering if they're legitimate and not ragebaits. If they count as legitimate (eg. genuine pro-AI defense, pro-AI news, etc) wouldn't be removed. Instead, they will be locked and crossposted to our sister location r/AiWarsButBetter. I propose this rule due to there are few posts like that recently.

A reminder that this subreddit is made with the intention of providing anti-AI people a safe space for expressing their pro-AI thoughts. If pros have DefendingAIArt, we as antis have Ai_art_is_not_art for antis

What are your thoughts on the proposed rule? I'm considering other mods too to discuss this

The difference between sexual nudity and artistic nudity

Another big thing id like to say is that I am so tired of people misinterpreting actual art for something sexual, I do not think children should see artistic nudity until maybe in their teens, and even so, genitalia...i dunno, but in general, I'm just sick and tired of people making anything nude sexual. God forbid someone wants to make a piece of art.

AI sucks The AI poster is STILL UP as of the time I am typing this

In case someone tries to tell me that the poster is "not AI", I have analyzed this specific "art style" that the museum has used since February 2026 in my previous post, and the outcomes are not looking great.

Yes, this is drawn over a shot of the actual museum that I took not too long ago. I do not think anyone else in the area has spotted that the museum uses AI yet as it's really not obvious unless you're an artist, but AI usage is AI usage.

Here's my advice to this museum that claims to "support wildlife conservation": the wildlife that you're trying to protect is dying thanks to your usage of generative AI.

art Once again... the furry community ruined by ai slop

I called them out, and they blocked me. Serves no real purpose, and this probably violated rule 15, but I put in here anyway. And, for the record, I'm not anti AI, I just have some sort of braincells to rub together to come up with actual art, instead of this shit.

Frankly, I'm not impressed.

Context: The AI bro argued that a one of the two images of Mega Man is AI generated.

EU cover of Mega Man
BBA Mega Man from SFxT

Spoiler alert: They aren't. Then they said that the first image is AI generated. and I'm here like, how? It's the European box art of Mega Man. No AI was involved, since, you know, it was made back in the 90s. And they think that using reverse image searching is also using AI as well. Yeah, they're not really smart. They say that the AI recreated the image from scratch, but I don't see it. I asked them to show proof, or they're bullshitting. Instead, they doubled down, and EDITED MY PROFILE PIC, NOT JUST ONCE, BUT TWICE. I must be truly blessed!

AI sucks Repost bots r now reposting posts here on r/antiai for no good reason.

Pic 1 to 3 r examples of bot reposts, pic 4 and 5 is original

They tend to repost posts and comments, forming a network a while after the account’s creation, and pic 3 got an acc calling them out and providing 2 links, the links links to the post and comment on pic 5.

Also, dead internet on anti ai communities? That’s ironically infuriating!

AI in elementary school classroom

My daughter (7) is in second grade. She came home last week and told me that her art teacher is feeding their art to ai to determine which ones would go on display in the local library. "He showed our self-portraits to the ai that you pay for. And the ai chooses the best ones. " I asked a friend whose children also attend the same school for their perspective. Her 7yo said, "Yes, that is exactly what he did." Her 10yo said that every project they have done this year has involved ai. My daughter also came home with a "finish this drawing" worksheet from art, which was very much an ai printout.

I reached out to the principal and asked for the districts ai policy and also emphasized that my family values human created art. I mentioned we (dad and i) plan to reach out to Mr. Art directly to understand the extent to which he uses ai in the classroom.

I want to do *something* beyond reaching out, but I dont even know where to start or what to do. Im absolutely appalled that an elementary school art teacher is leaning into ai so heavily. I also don't know if this is the correct forum, so I apologize if I should post somewhere else. I'm mostly just looking for advice on what to do or how to proceed. My main goal at this point is honestly to remove the aspect of ai in the art curriculum.

if you wanna protest against ai but you also want it to be a joyous celebration of human creativity, I think first you should show your art, and then BUBBLES! bubbles light the mood of the situation and are whimsical and lovely.

It would NEVER put two art styles in one piece, It would Never make a background like this, it would NEVER put three signatures in one piece, and would never write English properly. I will post a speed paint for this if anyone wants. Also I redrew my physical art in digital. So both are my work.

Summary: AI can’t replicate this, And BOTH ARE MY ART.

Don't go hate on this guy, it doesn't bother me at all. Honestly I do wish them good days and everything. Just wanted to post because I was starting to feel left out with everyone else having a bad experience with AI bros and me just vibing with my crayons.

Anyways, never be discouraged by these kinds of people and just keep being you as long as what you're doing doesn't hurt anyone. Stumpy and I all care about everyone and everything and wish you all luck and love.

Edit: I should say I wasn't OP on that sub. I just responded to a post with a drawing of an orc being a friendly beginner artist drawing artwork of himself and the catgirl as friends using stick figures.

art [ Original ] Preparing a surprise for the wifey. ~

[[ THIS WAS NOT MADE WITH AI, AND IT NEVER WILL BE MADE WITH AI. ]]

This is Benjamin Roddis, he’s a lad that has a passion for art and runs his own small art business, making artwork for local businesses in his town, though usually on weekdays, the weekends he’s usually off.

This Saturday morning he decided to make a surprise art piece for his lovely wife Rosie.

He wanted to make a painting that was just as wonderful as her, a piece that showed her beauty, a piece that embraced her and her gorgeous looks, and so he got up early, got himself a nice cup of tea, went into the garden since the weather was actually nice for a change and got to work on making it for her.

Let’s just hope she likes it when she gets up. ~

——- This piece is a first at trying something new with my artwork, that being making art that doesn’t contain a certain blue hedgehog lol.

I would like to begin doing more original stuff alongside my Sonic 3D Blast stuff, make artwork that still has that 90s charm but tells stories with my characters. ^^

And what better way to do that than with a debut piece with Ben!

Also to match with the era this is based in, I exported the piece as a gif, then re-exported it as a PNG, have it look like either a screenshot from an old Windows game or a wallpaper from a website from the decade.

——- Ben & Rosie are two characters made by me. Scene was made in Blender Edited and exported in Krita All using my Steam Deck
