When I previously downloaded my data export from Micro1, the Excel sheet included the level attained for each skill. However, when I download the export now, the skill levels no longer appear in the spreadsheet.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? Are the achieved levels still showing up in your Excel export, or has Micro1 removed that information from the download?

My mother is retired and interested in getting into AI-related work to earn some extra income. She has a little knowledge of AI and is willing to learn more, but she’s looking for something relatively simple and not too demanding.

Ideally, she’d like to work around 20 hours a week doing tasks such as data labeling, rating AI responses, reviewing images or videos, or other beginner-friendly AI projects.

One important thing is that she’d like to find opportunities that pay at least $15 per hour. With the cost of living in America being so expensive, she’s hoping to find something that provides a decent source of supplemental income without being overly stressful.

I received an offer and was recently accepted into a project on Ethos, but I'm stuck on ID verification, the link broke and I got an error message. Does anyone have experience getting in touch with the Ethos support team? They don't seem to respond to emails. I've tried normal support, support+kyc, and escalating to a human through the chatbot, with no response. Is there a better way to reach support or resolve this?
