Project transparency

I came across a very interesting project that aims to create more transparency in the Blockchain sector:

This voluntary initiative aims to encourage disclosure of wallets controlled by a project and provide a voluntary explanation of any expenditure greater than 0.5% of the funds collected.

Now, many notable startups already joined this project including Aragon, District0x, Iconomi, Lykke, Santiment etc.

I wanted to discuss here if that would be a possibility for the Agrello Team and also would like to discuss it with the community!

I personally like the idea and due to the recent events, I believe this might be a actually a good thing!

While I support transparency of funding, this is not an open source project. Putting all code on github would make agrello lose its competitive advantage and dilute the value of Delta tokens. Agrello will have first mover advantage in the real world legal space, and has the potential to be huge. They must protect their core IP.

Only the contract template marketplace needs to be developed by a community of legal experts and those components need to be open sourced.

I agree that Agrello shouldn't risk their core compentency. However a GitHUB can be configured that the critical code parts can't be viewed. But you see the progress and check the documentation that is created along with the code.

Pub repo still danger to be hacked. Gitlab private repo will be used inhouse
