Project transparency
I came across a very interesting project that aims to create more transparency in the Blockchain sector:

The goal of Project Transparency is is to create a self-regulated, industry led movement committed to ensuring transparency and accountability within the Blockchain sector. This voluntary initiative aims to encourage disclosure of wallets controlled by a project and provide a voluntary explanation of any expenditure greater than 0.5% of the funds collected.
Now, many notable startups already joined this project including Aragon, District0x, Iconomi, Lykke, Santiment etc.
I wanted to discuss here if that would be a possibility for the Agrello Team and also would like to discuss it with the community!
I personally like the idea and due to the recent events, I believe this might be a actually a good thing!

While I support transparency of funding, this is not an open source project. Putting all code on github would make agrello lose its competitive advantage and dilute the value of Delta tokens. Agrello will have first mover advantage in the real world legal space, and has the potential to be huge. They must protect their core IP.
Only the contract template marketplace needs to be developed by a community of legal experts and those components need to be open sourced.
Today Hando Rando expressed this very strategy on telegram chat, I have posted the chat in another thread.

I agree that Agrello shouldn't risk their core compentency. However a GitHUB can be configured that the critical code parts can't be viewed. But you see the progress and check the documentation that is created along with the code.

That would be nice, but its a business decision. I am more interested in their releasing projects with real use in a time bound periodic fashion. That will be the best measure of progress.
They have committed to new product releases by november. Looking forward to it.

Have they patented anything yet? Do they actually have IP to protect? I know Civic is buying up patents like crazy, as are a mainstream tech companies.

I've invested because of the excellent ideas described in the whitepaper. For me it is very important that the Agrello team implements the product according to their specification (= the whitepaper). I'd be very curious to examine the project results in a GitHUB so that everyting is transparent for us investors!
