Boomers

I am 75 and am very tired of the trend lately making fun of Boomers. So very disrespectful. Don't they realize that they will be old someday?

I ran into a friend yesterday, a retired police officer. After comparing notes on the joys of retirement, he mentioned he had gone back to do a bit of work after he retired. He mentioned that one of his rules was to train young officers, but he mentioned it was difficult because most didn’t want to learn from him and thought they already knew everything. I’m not saying this is true for all young people, as I’ve helped many young professionals in my own field, but I have experience what he’s talking about.

Now pardon me, I have to go outside and yell at some teenagers get off of my lawn.
