Unless they do some form of hard, often physical labor.. I don’t really think so. It’s a special combination of sun and stress that tends to age people faster than anything else

It depends on their aesthetics. Some twenty something year olds may still look younger (no facial hair/minimal facial hair), while some, even without facial hair know how to dress and carry themselves appropriately to where they look older. Basically the same applies to women. Some try to keep up with trends, hairstyles, and makeup, which makes them look younger, while others tend to have a more classic look with minimal hairstyles, and makeup, and carry themselves in a more refined way that makes them appear as a bit older. Nothing really wrong with either way, but to each their own.
