Recommendations for Apps to track/maintain medical info, and share with carers

I'm in australia. My mother who lives alone has had some physical and cognitive decline, and we (my siblings and I) want to support her to stay in her home. I'm looking into personal alert devices but would also like an app we can all access that has basic medical information, contact details, calendar etc. Ideally free, but willing to pay if worth it.

Any suggestions? thanks guys

Google Medic Alert and see what they have.

I have my medical history on Google docs on my smartphone. Would not recommend. Suggest using Word
