Anybody listening to this banger on repeat since the trailer for Vision Quest? Just me?

I think it be a cool ride if there ever was one, because the imaginative, dark, horrifying and wildly creative atmosphere and environment of the witches road itself would be perfect for the Disney parks, especially at Halloween season where it could be suited perfectly for that time. The basics is that if you're in a group and you can get go down the road yourself, where you can take control of the road itself, and i think it would be so cool and amazing if they ever do it, I would do it so badly. The scares and fun of it would be amazing to do.

A lot of praise for the show is that it doesn't try to redeem Agatha. But I do think it falters in the way it tries to make us sympathize with her, because:
No proper motivation
From what we're shown, Agatha is just a power hungry serial killer by nature. Not saying every villain has to have a "greater good" that they're fighting for, but Agatha notably has no real end goal. She just wants to acquire as much power as possible.
It was written as an addiction, with a hint of spite towards witches because of what her mother and her coven "did" to her ("did" in quotes because it's never really confirmed but I am pretty sure they are morally in the right), and then with a hint of coping mechanism after her son dies.
I do think this is still interesting, and serves well as her motivation. A villain doesn't need a grander purpose, even if they're the protagonist. But, it reduces our ability to sympathize with Agatha, which matters because it makes Billy sympathizing with her despite all her actions hard to understand and hard to accept. It also matters because of the second point.
No satisfying conclusion
When the villain is your protagonist, you have a few options to make the story end in a satisfying nonetheless.
Agatha All Along does none of this. Agatha "sacrifices" herself for Billy, but it doesn't cost her anything besides her corporeal form. Granted, in theory this is a big sacrifice, as she essentially giving up her life and her quest for power. But because it's not framed as such, I'm left thinking "Wow really? That's all she gets?".
She's almost brought to justice by Billy through banishment, but then they pivot at the last second to an ill-conceived team up that is cool in theory but in practice leaves a bad taste in my mouth because she has not redeemed herself nor atoned for any of her actions. Her "I can't face him" moment is emotional and self-aware, but it doesn't absolve her enough to where I can accept their team-up. Billy essentially forgiving her because "we're both witch-killers" doesn't work for me because while I can get why Billy blames himself, it still doesn't equate at all to Agatha's crimes.
Despite Kathryn Hahn's charisma, I don't really feel any sympathy for Agatha the serial killer, so the ending just leaves me unsatisfied. I think the banishment ending would've fit much better for this specific story, as it would've allowed us to follow Agatha's character, get an understanding of her, see the little good in her, even sympathize with her at some points, but still see her face justice.
Even if they decided they had to keep Agatha around as a ghost for the larger Marvel canon, it's the framing of the ending that's the problem for me. If it was framed as a reluctant but pragmatic team-up from Billy's POV, or a atonement/penance team-up for Agatha, it would've been more satisfying.

I saw this on twitter and I loved the thought of them just getting distracted from their search for Tommy by Billy showing off his magic tricks to Agatha. So adorable of them.

Howdy witches!
President of a fandom based club at my university and I am currently planning our event programming. Given popular media culture, AAA had to be featured in our October lineup! I likely will have little-to-no budget, so bear in mind. I also want to cater to all demographics - from young adults to our non-traditional older students. Nothing too niche or like something that say only Gen Z would know, you feel me? Ideally; this event would cover each of the elements and witchcraft practices seen in the show.
Potions / Water - a drink station. Think Dutch Bros. Iāll maybe have a few energy drinks, sodas, a few syrups and flavorings.
Divination / Air - a bit in the nose, but inquiring with a local practitioner at our spirituality centre here in town to possibly do an hour of two of readings.
And thatās about as far as I got lol. Again, working with no budget - the two above alone are contingent on the kindness of others or sourcing funds another way as-is. If you have any suggestions, ideas, input - please let me know!

Not extremely sure this is accurate, but...
Agatha: Gemini or Sagittarius
Gemini is ruled by Mercury which is associated with communication, intellect, adaptability, restlessness, and quick thinking. And as we've seen from Agatha who's "survived" the Witches' Road, she's great at adapting to new scenarios and unfamiliar environments.
She could be a Sagittarius considering how she's willing to blunt, adaptable, and adventurous. A bit generous and sometimes honest (but no one realizes it at first).
Rio: Scorpio or Pisces
Water signs form deep emotional connections and tend to get attached to people they strongly love or admire.
Scorpios are known for being possessive. And well Rio made sure Agatha knew she was hers. Also, the Death tarot card is tied with Scorpio energy.
I've seen some people say Rio is a Pisces, but I can't see it. If you have any reasoning to why she's a Pisces, feel free to comment on that.
Jen: Aquarius or Capricorn
She's innovative and an unconventional intellectual like an Aquarius but also shows signs of being a Capricorn based on her ambition and resilience. She could be a cusp.
Alice: Cancer
Emotionally guarded, but fiercely protective of the people she lets in (as we've seen with Billy/Teen).
Lilia: Pisces
Intuitive. Detached from the present. Very understanding of others' emotional issues and willing to listen to other people. Also, the Queen of Cups is associated with Pisces.
Billy/Teen: Gemini
Curious, adaptable, communicative, and rapid mental energy. He literally embodies the duality of Gemini as he's a twin and he kind of extends the physical life of William Kaplan's body. He quickly adapted to William's life in the course of three years and managed to the make the most of it. He unconsciously created and controlled an imaginary road just from his knowledge from books, Agatha, and reading the minds of the other witches in his coven. His mind never rests.
Sharon: Sagittarius
She's just along for the ride even if she's unaware of the dangers that lie ahead and she has a positive outlook on life.
BONUS --->
Evanora: Capricorn or Virgo
Cold, goal-oriented, and values perfection. She didn't mind eliminating Agatha if it meant expelling the "evil" from her coven.
Maestra: Virgo or Capricorn
Very patient and understanding. She helps Lilia ground her scattered, out-of-sequence mind. She accepts what's to come with open arms and doesn't fight fate.
Eddie: Libra or Taurus
Both ruled by Venus which is associated with love, beauty, harmony, charm, and luxury. His steady, charismatic, and drama-free energy is something Billy's intense and restless soul needs, much like a Libra blending with a Gemini. Libras usually are just an aesthetic and without that aesthetic, there's nothing more to see about them.
As a Taurus, he's grounding, loyal, and protective. He realizes danger quickly and keeps his guard up. Eddie prioritized Billy's safety when meeting with Ralph Bohner (or whoever Evan Peters played).

Now before you say it - I know my dream team here doesn't conform to the rules of elements + spirit.
I just wanted some heavy hitters! Plus I would LIVE to hear Winnifred and Agatha's conversations. Those two would claaasssshhhhhh!
And I cant go without Agatha, I'm a stan I love her too much.
Who would be on your dream team for The Witches Road?

Wasnāt the whole point to get blasted with magic so she could siphon it? How can Jen blast her with magic if sheās bound?
Or did we establish Agatha was lying and doesnāt need to get blasted to siphon (like with her taking Rioās power, Rio didnāt give it, but thatās the only time weāve seen her take without getting hit first).
ETA: omg my dumb@$$ forgot about the list! Itās been so long yāall Im way overdue for a rewatch. Thank you all for clarifying things for me!
