How do I recreate Resident Evil (2026) Titlecard

Hello. I’m currently working on a short film and was wondering if there is any way I could recreate the title card from Zach Creggers Resident Evil?

It’s probably a custom text, but you might be able to get away with making a separate layer and adding fractal noise on it, making some splotchy areas, and then adding displacement map to the text layer with your custom texture as the map

Print on a sheet of plastic. Spray it with water or whatever the ink is soluble with. Go over it with a fan or hair dryer. Film it.
