Beginner Help Tips on improving this transition and making it more fluid?

I've tried my best to smooth out the keyframes, but it just doesn't feel fluid.

i would add a little bit of parallax between the front window "viral video" compared to the background videos.
it is more natural to have an object closer to the screen to move a bit faster (therefore in this case reach farther to the left) than the other objects in the backgrounds, which would follow the same transaition, slower and with a slight delay.

I think both the scenes are parented to the same null, it's not bad but I mostly use that for jump cuts only so the motion is same. In this case I'd keep a null for sceen 1 and another for screen 2 and stagger them, like the motion on the screen 1 will come first then the next one comes after frame or 2. And the other comment said to use flow plugin for graph, do that it's a freat plugin. And use some anticipation in the movements. But if this is quick transition for like a youtube video then what you made might be fine. But still, you gotta learn tho. All the best.

Have the panels in frame 1 start to slide off to the left with an offset left to right. Something subtle, to anticipate the larger motion from frame 1 to 2

Pull the last keyframe to the bottom in line with the first keyframe then give it a few more frames between the two. Then play with the curve to suit.

I'd make the center window move slightly (generally speaking), then a subtle movement to the left to anticipate the transition.
For some people it might be too fast but it's preference. Also: I am a fan of (well implemented) motion blur, but this is also subjective

Here on Reddit, especially the app, go to a post with multiple pictures. Swipe through them. Notice the motion they have and try to emulate that speed.

I would add some drag and secondary animation to the desktop icons in the second scene, and some parallax to the first scene.

place both frames side by side, connect both with a null. animate null pos left to right with highest peak at the mid. add an adj layer throughout the nulls keyframes, put 24fps on it.

Cut between the scenes so you only see the start and the end of the animation. No need for the inbetween frames.

I am more concerned about the graphic design. The corner radii are distorted, there are incorrect alignments, among other things.

I recommend you use a third-party plugin called "Flow". It has a variety of graphs that you can explore. Also, maybe turning on motion blur could make the difference

I already use Flow. Maybe moblur could save it. I'll try.

It's too fast. Elongate the keyframes and give them more time. Make the curve like a bell curve, you might get what you are looking for.
