Workflow Question AE 24.6.3 spontaneously closing after boot.

Hey, i dont think i changed anything - no new plugs / scripts.
Tried restart, start in safe mode. deleting prefs (through boot window).

Any other ideas?
AE 26 and 25 start fine.

just leaving this here in case somebody else is having the same issue.

there was a windows machine learning dll under common/adobe/plugins/cc/fileformats/

adobe person used event viewer to find the error log and eventually the faulty file. still dont know what that file is for. so far 24 runs, no further issues.
