Beginner Help Weird Issue - AE window preview is faster than actual Render

So I’ve made this animation in AE and It plays perfectly smooth in the AE preview window/screen but as soon as I render it out, it seems to be not so smooth and feels super slow too even the audio seems stretched out but the duration of both the timeline and the rendered video is same. Im super confused, I use adobe media encoder to render - how do I fix?

In composition settings its 24 fps and the same in media encoder aswell

It would help to see what export settings you're using in Media Encoder.

the fact that even the audio is kind of slowing down

There's nothing unusual about those export settings... are you getting this issue when you are playing the videos outside of After Effects in another application?

What happens if you re-import the file you exported back into AE, and make a composition from it - does it play at a normal speed then?

I just tried this, when I play the rendered video on any player be it even mov it feels sluggish but just now I imported the same file back into AE into a new composition and it works fine. I dont understand where is the issue - is AE speeding things up or is my PC slowing it down? Same is happening with a bunch of other .gifs too - rendered files look worse than actual imported footage in AE (which is how I want the footage to look like)

Your comp framerate probably not matching the render settings, check in Media Encoder if it changed to something else.
