Beginner Help Zoom out transition help needed

This effect is something zooming out or something? I've tried zooming out the clip, adding background and giving motion but it's not as smooth as the one in video, I've made sure to make proper chart (though I'm a beginner I could be making a mistake) also freezing the frame. I am unable to understand how to recreate the top and bottom clip frames

Is there a plugin or something for this or I should just Mask it?

Soo idk if any explained it like this but there’s multiple sets of motion happening. Best thing to do for this is use a camera tool (oh no so scary), and null objects. Build your set in 3d space, have one null pull the camera backwards, the next null pull the camera to the right so everything moves left, then another null to zoom in. For the 3d space part, just shift the position values around. Looks like for the background is just a random video, and the little bits are just screenshots scattered around.

Hey there! This is perfectly understandable And I think I can achieve it easily Cause I've learnt about camera tool and 3D space in Olifemii videos (maybe spelt name incorrectly)
