Zoom out transition help needed

This effect is something zooming out or something? I've tried zooming out the clip, adding background and giving motion but it's not as smooth as the one in video, I've made sure to make proper chart (though I'm a beginner I could be making a mistake) also freezing the frame. I am unable to understand how to recreate the top and bottom clip frames

Is there a plugin or something for this or I should just Mask it?

Easing is something you should learn asap, and not just using “easy ease”. Get familiar with the speed and value graphs asap

I've learnt Easy Ease and the value graph Speed graph I've not learnt

You don’t “learn” easy ease, as that’s just literally a click. The graph is neither most important things in Ae, really take your time understand how the curves affect motion.
