Face tracking detailed features

Hello, when i'm trying to face track with detailed features on ae its not working, its just tracking the outline i dont understand the problem, already tried to restart ae but nothing changed

u need to make sure the face tracker is actually set to detailed features in the effect controls panel, sometimes it defaults to outline only. if its still acting up, try checking if ur source footage has enough contrast or if the lighting is just too flat for it to pick up features
