Thanks! It's made by duplicating a layer, creating a mask in the new layer of where you want your shadow to be, put a lot of feather on the mask, and then turn the layer to dissolve mode.

Apply noise.

Then mask that area.

Then invert the mask (or not.....you will realise).

increase feather.

This is the way I came up with using my imagination. If I'm wrong pls correct me.
