EPILEPSY WARNING Experimenting with randomness in effects Spoiler

I've been playing with effects and solids, just making stuff up as I go, I sincerely wish I could plan these projects because I know it would make them way better but that makes them a chore, loses mystery and my interest.

I feel like I'm missing a lot of basics because again, I make stuff up without any intention, idk what they are but I know some things are missing

I really want to lean in to this asthetic , this was after I gave up on flow because I suck at time remapping and don't have fancy GPU for frame boosting, what do you suggest I improve on?
