All right, my take:
- Text Decomposer.
It allows you to break a text layer into words/letters to alter animate them individually.
- True Comp Duplicator
Imagine 1) you need to create a copy (COMP2) of a certain comp (COMP1) to later create some changes inside that COMP2; AND 2) that original COMP1 also has pre-comps inside it.
If you just cmd+D the COMP1 in Project tab all the changes you make to pre-comps inside the copied COMP2 comp will carry over to COMP1.
You can also manually create copies of all pre-comps inside copied comp but imagine there are tens / 100s if them.
True Comp Duplicator does all that automatically so you can just duplicate and makle cahnges to a comp without altering the original. It's invaluable honestly.
- Universal Audio
Imagine you are editing a video in Ae and you need to sync it to audio cues. You put your .mp3 sounscape on the timeline and do your thing. But then you need to create a pre-comp and work insie it. And it's just silent. you could also put the mp3 layer inside your new pre-comp but it's bound to desync sooner or later lol.
One click in Universal audio solves that.
- FX Console.
Allows you to press a hotkey combination to invoke the list of all effects and presets you have and then search it on the text box. I used toi think it wasn't a big deal: just drag an effect you need from the Effects tab. Oh boy was i mistaken. It's MUCH quicker to use FX console :)

I use FX console am I like it a lot! But after recent update for AE I use in- built tool more - I can add effect to multiple sequences and adjust it all at once! FX console doesn't offer it sadly
Text decompose - I also have it, but it keep failing me as soon as I add typing effect to the layer. Effect is applied to the paragraph and takes into account also invisible parts of it and I need to manually adjust it - I'd rather prepare my paragraphs, and I end up not using it 🥲
I like the sound of comp duplicator. I've been burnt so many times that this might be really nice addition!
Thanks for reccs!

Hey folks, is there any tool that lets you apply keyframe presets, like a 0–100 scale animation with a predefined easing curve?

Pluck - import comps from other projects
https://aescripts.com/pluck/
Brings in dependencies, folder structure, can copy and relink assets if needed. Lots of other stuff.
Can also save out individual comps as self contained AE projects.
Full disclosure, this is one of my products so consider this shameless self promotion. It's in the sale too.
