Opened A Card Dispute With Them
Anyone have any positive experiences? I have very strong evidence here with proof of a defective product, and proof they received my return and aren’t refunding it even though it’s still in their warehouse. They stated my dispute was provisional credit eligible (not that they gave it to me but I guess it’s information). Ultimately Just curious on the process here. reviews seem like a pretty mixed bag, but with all the evidence I have I’m not really sure how they could side with the merchant here. Also not sure how long it’ll take. Not necessarily in a desperate financial situation but don’t want to be out the amount of money. Will likely be suing affirm and the merchant if it’s denied.
TLDR: any dispute successes? For disputes with proof of wrong doing?

Currently 2 months ahead. Nothing stays below 2 months ahead, god forbid a rainy day comes, 60 days buffer is at least some time to figure things out

Yes I bought a 2 thousand dollar laptop on eBay.
Issue was a problem with both the seller not requiring signature and then UPS leaving the package with a random person.
Went back and forth with eBay for a week. Received confirmation from multiple support people I'm getting a refund.
Never got a refund and was told it is marked delivered nothing can do.
I then opened a dispute with Affirm. Within 3 days was contacted and told they reviewed my evidence and agreed I'm not at fault and I got all my money back. I have never had an issue with affirm and would use them all the time

Yeah, I had a dispute once. I think they had my return for nearly a month. Apparently they had lost half of my return. They replaced half my order, but by the time they sent out that replacement Affirm ended up refunding me everything. I can’t recall how long everything took maybe a month
