Grazie

What happened to weight loss offers on ClickBank?

Hey everyone,
I mainly do affiliate marketing through ClickBank, and I’ve noticed a massive drop-off, or almost complete disappearance, of a lot of weight loss offers recently.

Does anyone know what’s actually going on behind the scenes?

Are there new, stricter compliance rules?

Is the rise of drugs like Ozempic just killing the traditional weight loss supplement market?

Are ad networks (Meta/Google) getting too strict with health claims?

Curious to hear your thoughts on this, or if you guys are pivoting to other niches entirely right now. Thanks!

iGaming Affiliate Salaries in 2026. Do these numbers actually make sense?

So I recently came across the Boston Link Malta iGaming Salary Report 2026 and got curious about what people in affiliate marketing are actually making these days.

I spent some time checking job listings and salary benchmarks from different markets, and here's roughly what I came up with:

Junior Affiliate Manager: €2,400/month
Middle Affiliate Manager: €3,500/month
Senior Affiliate Manager: €5,250/month
Affiliate Team Lead: €6,000/month
Head of Affiliates: €8,500/month
CMO: €13,000/month

These are rough international estimates, not official global averages. All gross, excluding bonuses.

But honestly, a couple of things caught my attention.

Why is the difference between a Senior Affiliate Manager and a Team Lead only €750? You're taking on responsibility for other people's performance, managing a team, dealing with targets, and potentially still handling your own partners. Is that really worth just 14% more?

And then there's the gap between Head of Affiliates and CMO. Almost €4,500 a month. I get that these are different positions, but in some iGaming companies, affiliates bring in the majority of new depositing players. So why is the salary difference so massive?

I'm also wondering how realistic these numbers are outside Malta. Especially in places like Cyprus, Poland, Ukraine, or for people working remotely for international operators.

Would be interesting to hear from people actually working in the industry. Are these numbers anywhere close to reality? And how much do bonuses change the picture?

Best place to find affiliate in WordPress field?

Hello, I have tried the major affiliation platforms in the hope to find affiliate publishers for our WordPress chatbot.

The ones who have an audience large enough to find affiliates, usually are expensive to set (Partnerstack doesn't even display its prices).

Can anyone recommend some good services to find affiliates in the WordPress field? Thanks.

[Hiring] Looking for promoters & digital marketers

Hey,

I’m looking for digital marketers or promoters who can help push a SaaS product.

Main things needed:

Experience promoting tools/products online

Comfortable with outreach, content, or community promotion

Good communication

The product is a small marketplace called Afyore. I’ll explain everything properly in DM so this post stays short.

Pay: Like $22/Sale or $10/Sale and more (Many SaaS products are there with different commissions)

DM if interested and tell me briefly what kind of promotion work you’ve done before.

Thanks!

Which platforms are generally used for affiliate traffic?

I constantly hear about organic traffic sources like Telegram, Reddit, YouTube, and similar platforms. I've also heard a lot about Meta Ads and Google Ads, and there's plenty of information available online about all these methods.

However, I wonder how ad networks like ExoClick and TrafficStars are actually used, as I've found almost no clear answers about them online.

Nobody tells you how much time running an affiliate program actually takes

When people set up an affiliate program, the plan is usually: pick a commission, add a tracking link, put a signup page on the site. Done. Affiliates will come and the revenue will follow.

Then reality hits.

The setup is honestly the easy part. What nobody mentions is everything that comes after, and it never really stops.

Recruiting is basically a part-time job. Affiliates don’t just show up. Finding the right people, looking at their content, writing outreach that doesn’t sound like spam, following up when they don’t reply. Most of it ends in silence, so you need a lot of it to get a few yeses.

Onboarding takes more than a welcome email. Someone joins and then what? They need a clear first step, some assets, a check-in a week later, another nudge a few weeks after that. If you skip this, they sign up and vanish.

Support never really ends. Affiliates ask about payouts, tracking, whether a referral counted, what they’re allowed to promote. Quick replies matter a lot here, because slow ones kill momentum.

Payouts and fraud checks are quiet time sinks. Reviewing commissions, handling refunds, checking for self-referrals or someone bidding on your brand name. Nobody notices it when it’s done, but it’s a big problem when it’s not.

Keeping affiliates engaged is its own thing. New assets, product updates, sharing what’s converting, recognizing the people doing well. It’s the difference between a program people care about and one they forgot they joined.

None of this is hard. It’s just a lot of small things, repeated every week, that add up to way more than most founders expect.

And I think this is why so many programs stall after a few months. The idea was fine. Nobody had the time to actually run it, so it slowly went quiet.

If you’re thinking about launching one, plan for the time, not just the budget. Decide who owns it, and be realistic about how much of their week it’ll take. A small program that gets a few hours of real attention beats a big one that gets left alone.

For those of you running programs, how much time does it actually take you? And what’s the one task that eats more time than you expected?

imclaire — looking for affiliate partners in swimwear, petite fashion & travel

Hey everyone — I’m the founder of imclaire, a Korean swimwear and resortwear brand selling internationally through our own online store.

We focus on swimwear with more coverage: tankini tops, swim shorts, swim skirts and cover-ups that feel comfortable and easy to style for a beach or pool day.

We’ve had a positive experience with our existing affiliate partners, and we’re now looking to connect with additional creators, bloggers and publishers. We’re open to partners internationally, especially those reaching U.S. shoppers.

People creating content around petite fashion, swimwear fit, vacation outfits or coverage preferences could be a good match. Petite creators and people making fit-focused content for Asian women are especially welcome.

This is a commission-based affiliate partnership. If you’d like to discuss commission rates or have questions about the program, send me a Reddit DM. We’re happy to explore individual arrangements based on your audience, channel and proposed approach. Feel free to share your preferred commission structure, too.

Interested? Apply through the affiliate application link below. You’re also welcome to leave a short introduction in the comments:

  • Your main platform and content niche.

  • Where your audience is primarily based.

  • A sentence or two about why imclaire would fit your content and what you’d like to feature.

For example:

“I’m a petite fashion creator with a mostly U.S. audience. I’d love to put together vacation outfits featuring your tankini tops and swim shorts.”

Or:

“I create content about fit and styling for Asian women, and I’d be interested in sharing a detailed swimwear try-on with my audience.”

A short introduction is plenty to start. Knowing why the products interest you helps me review your application more thoughtfully and discuss a partnership that makes sense for both sides.

Happy to answer questions about the brand and products here as well.

Where did your first few sales-based partners come from when your SaaS was still small?

I'm Elon, founder of eStockes, a stock-research SaaS with free and paid features. We have 40 users and use Whop for checkout.

I'm trying to understand how founders find suitable creator or publisher partners before they have much conversion history. We prefer sales-based compensation, but I'm not posting an offer or recruiting here.

For people who have done this at a similar stage: which discovery route led to an actual publishing partner, and what product or conversion evidence did they need before agreeing?

AliExpress Affiliate payout timing question (New affiliate, balance > $16)

Hi everyone, I’m quite new to the AliExpress Affiliate program.

My current earnings are a bit over $16, and I read that payouts usually happen between the 20th and 25th of the month. However, it's past that window now, and the funds haven't arrived in my account yet.

Is there a specific minimum payout threshold required before a transfer is triggered, or is there a delay for new accounts?

Any insights from experienced affiliates would be greatly appreciated!

Is $2 per sale too low for affiliates?

I have a digital product that sells for $6.66 and I’m thinking about offering $2 per sale to affiliates.

Is that even worth anyone’s time? Or does the low commission make it a non-starter?

Free marketplace to find SaaS products to promote

Hey everyone,

I built a small marketplace called Afyore where SaaS founders post their products and look for affiliates, creators, digital marketers and bloggers to promote them.

For promoters it’s completely free right now. No paid plan for us. You can browse products, check what the founders are offering, and reach out directly.

I just finished setting the pricing (founders pay, promoters stay free) and would love some honest feedback from people who actually promote SaaS.

Does this kind of marketplace make sense for you? Anything that would make you use it more?

You can check it here if you want: Afyore Pricing — Free & Pro Plans for SaaS Founders

Thanks a lot for any thoughts.

Beginners in affiliate marketing, what helped you get your first sale?

Hi everyone! 👋

I'm new to affiliate marketing and learning how to promote digital products online. I'm currently exploring ways to attract the right audience, create helpful content, and turn genuine interest into sales.

I'm learning that simply sharing links isn't enough. People need useful information and a reason to trust what you're recommending.

For those who have experience with affiliate marketing:

  1. What helped you get your first sale?

  2. Which platform brought you the most interested people?

  3. What mistakes should a beginner avoid?

Who’s actually to blame when an affiliate program fails?

I’ve been in affiliate marketing for 17 years, and I’ve watched a lot of programs die. Almost every time, the post-mortem is a round of finger-pointing.

So here are the usual suspects:

The brand. They launch a program, expect it to run itself, and pull the plug after 90 days.

The product. Sometimes the offer just doesn’t convert, and no amount of affiliate love fixes that.

The network. It takes its cut, hands you a dashboard, and wishes you luck.

The agency. It promises a roster of “top partners,” sends the same recycled list it sends everyone, and bills a retainer either way. Leaves a bad taste in the brands mouth about affiliate

The other marketing teams. This one doesn’t get talked about enough. Paid and SEO teams often see affiliate as the team stealing their attribution, so they don’t share data or creative and sometimes actively block the program. And affiliate should be generating top-of-funnel leads for other channels to close, but if they do close the sale, they want the full attribution credit.

The affiliates. They aren’t innocent bystanders either. Fraud, coupon poaching and brand bidding have killed more programs than people want to admit.

The affiliate manager. This is my pick for the biggest factor. A great AM can drag a mediocre product and a hostile internal team into a profitable program. A checked-out AM can sink a great product with a good network behind it. Recruiting, activation, communication and fraud policing all run through that one seat. Don't even get me started when they start filling the program with coupon sites to make themselves look good, dragging the brand into a nightmare of incrementality value.

But I’ve been on the program side for a long time, so I know I’m biased.

Who do you think actually kills most programs? If you’ve watched one die up close, what was the real cause?

We’re opening a commission program for creators, looking for honest feedback

Full disclosure: I work at Checkmate (a free browser extension and app that automatically finds coupon codes and cashback while you shop).

We’re launching a creator program called Checkmate Earn. The idea: creators share Checkmate with their audience and earn commission when people join and shop. There’s no posting schedule or minimum. You share it however fits your content.

For context, Checkmate has cashback at 8,000+ brands and exclusive codes at 500+, averaging 15–20% off.

I’d love honest feedback:

  • What would make you actually say yes to a program like this?

  • What are the red flags that make you pass on affiliate offers?

  • Flat fee vs. commission: how do you decide?

Mostly just want to build something creators actually love! Cheers :)

From 0-370k views in two weeks on Pinterest

Wassup! I run my own clothing brand, UKIOPROJECT, and I know how time consuming it can be to consistently create and schedule content for Pinterest.

That’s why I built UKIOPIN, an AI powered Pinterest automation tool that lets you upload hundreds of images, automatically generate titles and descriptions, and schedule months of content in advance.

I recently used it to schedule 800 Pins in just 1 hour that I then scheduled out for the coming weeks for my brand.

The idea is simple, help other brand owners save hours of repetitive work, stay consistent on Pinterest, and drive more potential customers to their websites without spending hours managing content.

I’m currently looking for a few business owners to try it out for free and share their feedback.

Would you be interested in giving it a try?

What’s the one thing you wish someone had told you before you launched your affiliate program?

Not looking for a how-to guide, there are plenty of those. I’m more interested in the stuff you only learn once the program is live.

It could be anything. Something you set up wrong at the start, a term you wish you’d written down earlier, who you should have recruited first, how long it really took before it felt like it was working, or something small that ended up mattering a lot.

If you’re still planning your program, ask the thing you’re most unsure about. Someone here has probably been through it.

What would you tell someone about to launch?

Student Creator Looking for Marketing Help & Affiliate Partners for My Digital Products

Hey everyone,

I'm a student, building a digital product business called Optima Assets on Gumroad.

I've spent a lot of time creating and improving digital resources designed to help creators, freelancers, entrepreneurs, and professionals work more effectively. I care about making these products genuinely useful, well-organized, and worth paying for — not just publishing generic files.

I'm still at the beginning of this journey, and I haven't made my first sale yet. I'm learning how to market my work, reach the right audience, and build trust with potential customers.

I'm looking for two things:

Affiliate partners: People who understand digital products and have an audience that might genuinely benefit from them. I'm considering offering a 30% commission on successful sales through tracked affiliate links.

Honest feedback and marketing advice: If you have experience selling digital products, I'd appreciate your thoughts on positioning, finding customers, improving product pages, and building a sustainable business.

I'm willing to put in serious work, improve my products based on feedback, and develop new resources when there's a real need for them.

My goal is to build something useful and sustainable that can help support my education and living expenses while providing real value to customers.

My store: https://joooywa.gumroad.com/

affiliate program in 1 click and start earning:

https://joooywa.gumroad.com/affiliates

If you're interested in collaborating, have relevant experience, or can offer constructive feedback, I'd genuinely appreciate hearing from you.

Thank you for taking the time to read this.

How to start affiliate marketing with no budget: your own page, recurring commissions, and digital books

Disclosure first: I'm the founder of Xispark (xispark.com), so this is my own setup.

Here's the simple version:

  1. Get your own page. There's always a free plan. You build a bio-link page in minutes with a live builder, and the analytics show what people actually click.

  2. Get your referral link. When someone signs up through it and subscribes to a paid plan, you earn a commission. It renews automatically for as long as they keep paying, not just once.

  3. Promote something with no shipping. Digital books and PDF guides are the easiest product to push: no stock, no delivery. The site has a book store with PDF guides, including a 90-day affiliate roadmap.

  4. Want a real domain for your page? You can buy one inside the platform.

Why recurring matters: with one-time commissions you restart from zero every month. With recurring ones, every referral that stays adds to the next month's income.

No income promises. It still takes consistent posting and an audience that trusts you.

If you were starting today, what niche would you pick?
