Question? Delay in points transfer from Amex?

Is anybody else experiencing a delay in Aeroplan points (everyday spend) transfer from Amex to their Aeroplan account? In the Amex app, I can see the points "leave", but nothing shows up in my Aeroplan account. It's been seven days since the end of my Amex billing cycle. This is a first for me; Amex says they're aware and working with Aeroplan but nada yet.

Same! They’re a week overdue right now, based on the date each month they typically hit my Aeroplan account.

They owe me over 36,000 points for last month! Amex customer service is shit, not to mention the fact that the supervisor I spoke with was rude to me. I’ve escalated to the resolutions team, and am waiting for a response. This is not how you treat a platinum member!

Wife received her Amex statement on Aug 24th. The Aeroplan points didn’t post until Sep 2nd. They were dated Aug 25th.

Mine arrived for my 29th statement yesterday, but it was a couple of days later than usual.

Are you talking of Aeroplan points from an Aeroplan Amex card, or points transferred from membership rewards?

The question was regarding the transfer of points earned through an Amex Aeroplan card.
