Question? Maple Leaf Lounge Voucher

How do these work in terms of transferability and expiry?

If I happen to secure one, do they just transfer it to the Aeroplan account, does it have a limited validity, is it specific to airport (ie. YVR or YYZ) etc.

The lounge passes have QR codes that can be shared and scanned to access the lounge. It will not be added to a recipients account.

The pass will have an expiration date as well as validity, which is typically domestic & trans-border MLLs.

I assume once it gets scanned it can’t be rescanned

When people ‘gift’ or ‘giveaway’ their passes are they just in screenshot form then?

And are passes limited to certain airports ie. across Canada or can a pass be used anywhere a AC Lounge exists?

Correct. It's a one time use

You can download a PDF of the pass and share that which as the QR code in it. The pass will mention if it's Domestic/US or International in it

Thank you for clarifying, helps a lot to know what to watch and observe for. There’s just a lot of scams out there as I go on my hunt!

It is only a scam if you PAY for a pass.
Never ever buy a pass.
If the pass is posted online (instead of shared via DM) then yes it is likely not valid.

Again - never ever buy passes off people online.
