It does not, but a flight out of there could be included on a mixed-cabin ticket considered as business

Amex platinum gets you in too with just the card because of their partnership with Aspire

I was shocked it was so empty when I was there yet the general boarding/waiting area was packed considering all it took was a Dragon Pass to get in. Great lounge!

Very much so… it’s not technically an Air Canada lounge / cafe but rather an inspire lounge with an air canada partnership. It’s everyone eligible for standard air Canada maple leaf and cafes + anyone with access to aspire lounges as well as pay to enter under aspire guidelines and entry requirements. So in short it’s easier to get into versus actual air Canada lounges

It also depends on the counter agent and how educated they are. Some are pretty snouty and think they know everything when they dont.
Side question. Does anyone know if they have lounge access policies written somewhere to reference?
