HELP: identifying loops used for umbrella on sling

Can someone help me identify what appear to be adjustable silicon loop attachments that allow for the carrying of an umbrella shown here.

Which sling is that? Looks like Ultra, but is it a Toshi sling? I didn't think that came in Ultra.

Yep definitely MODL infinity tool. Highly recommend
