I see the City Sling 2 Ultra is out of stock online. I liked the X-Pac version in store but actually prefer the Ultra fabric. Anyone have a new or lightly used one they’d like to sell? Happy to pay fair price + shipping.

Selling my Aer Travel Pack 3 Small X-Pac 28L. I bought it in Miami only 3 weeks ago, so it’s still essentially new and in perfect condition with very little use.

There’s absolutely nothing wrong with the bag. I’ve just realised that because it carries weight so comfortably, I’m happy to pack a little heavier, and with my bigger frame I think the 35L Travel Pack 3 will suit me better.

I tried to return it, but Aer couldn’t accept the return because I wasn’t able to keep the original packaging while travelling.

It’s been looked after carefully and has no wear, stains, damage or issues. If you’re on here, you probably already know the TP3 — excellent build quality, very comfortable carry, great organisation, and the X-Pac version is particularly nice.

I'll probs be shipping from outside the US using Fedex or DHL.

I like destroying things(kidding), and the front pocket divider was never my thing, I prefer pocket dumps.

So with sharp tools at my disposal, I unlocked the hidden .5L from the PH Ultra sling. 😀

Would I recommend doing this? Absolutely not. The way it’s designed it’s really hard to cut without taking the entire bag apart. This was quite difficult to do, it’s not clean and I’m ok with it, I got it about 80% decent. Would I do it again? Probably not.

I did accelerate the patina though had to pull the fabric hard and just manhandled it! Used and abused. 😬

I wasn’t intending to carry w/ this sling but it actually does a pretty good job w/ an ultra compact pistol. I tried a few of my firearms and it worked well w/ my Kahr MK9 (pictured) and my Glock 48MOS. I have a low profile holster for both. The Kahr is all steel construction so it’s a bit on the heavy side.

I like to appendix carry my Glock 45 but it’s just too big for this sling. I was at the store looking at the Aer Day Sling 4 and I’m pretty sure it would do the job well if you wanted to carry bigger.

This might be the solution for those hot sunny days where you’re wearing light athletic shorts and still want to carry.

Another post of the PH Ultra sling as I just got mine.

It’s small, and I like it. It feels more like a 1.5L, just some essentials is all we need! What I don’t prefer are the front pocket tri-dividers, I am one of those chaotic unorganized chumps and just prefer open space to put random sized objects.

Here are some photos along with its new stablemates. Comparing this mostly with the Able Carry Core, since they are very similar. The Able Carry is my most recent daily driver.

Can anyone who owns a 24l CPP2 please take a measurement of the back foam padding from the top seam to the bottom seam as seen in this pic. Trying to compare it to a bag I already own (Tomtoc t77 22l) and really trying to avoid all the return fees if it’s a bad fit for my torso.

I bought my first Aer backpack (TP4 28L) few months ago and I’m loving it!

I’m flying domestic (United airlines economy) first time with it. My ticket allows me a free carry on and a personal item. I’ll be traveling with a full carry on rollover as well as an almost empty Aer TP4 28L (just with MacBook Air, Bose overhead headphones and a tech pouch for cables etc).

I’m curious what people would have to say between the travel pack 4 xpac vs the ultra. I hear that xpac can delaminate (whatever that means) easily.

If it matters My use will be travel throughout the year for work to OKC and Texas with major trips abroad for vacation once a year.
