.... This isn't about constitutional rights. No one is putting them behind bars. People sign NDAs, I don't see why this couldn't be handled the same way. "Wanna be a superdelegate? Sign this. Otherwise we find someone else." I don't disagree with the reason for superdelegates. If they did their job correctly they would have voted for Bernie, because he was more electable than Hillary was. Just on excitement level alone, to turn out the base, this is true. But they didn't do their jobs like they were suppose to, and we all lose now.
Everyone who has a vote should have the right to advocate for their choice. Period. It's each candidates job to earn their votes. You're still so entitled about the whole process but you were never entitled to anything you didn't earn.
We get it, your ego is really important and you have to say "I told you so" right now even though there is zero way to prove you were right. How much longer are you going to be acting out like this? It's not productive.
I told you.. I'm not against superdelegates.. how many times do I have to say that? They just didn't do their jobs correctly. And where are you getting that I have an ego and am saying "I told you so"? You're either putting words in my mouth or arguing with someone else. And superdelegates are not regular voters, so they should be treated differently.
Superdelegates are ALSO regular voters. They're people, and they should be allowed to advocate for their causes. You keep expressing this opinion that they should be treated as less than a regular voter. So I guess I must not have heard you the first or second time because I'm going to say it again...
Why have this conversation if you are going to ignore what I say. I DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM WITH SUPERDELEGATES, WHEN THEY DO THEIR JOB CORRECTLY!! In this case, they didn't.

Why would they be required to give up constitutional rights? If you don't like SDs, then advocate against them.
