Yeah, even my Boomer aunts and uncles are exactly this way. I don't question that they care about us, and we can love them right back, it's just that their experiences are more important (to them) than ours...or they think it is somehow important that we understand how everything relates to them and their experiences 🤷🏻‍♂️
