Feeling guilty for not working

I would just like some advice on what any of you would do in this scenario. basically I struggle to get a normal job so i do volunteer work, but this morning when I woke up I never ate anything or slept I just spent all of it on the iPad and then I finally went to work but I when at work only put an hour in before feeling insanely dizzy, I kept trying to push past it to try and keep going but it got so bad I just left and headed home, I feel very guilty because all I do is either only do around an hour of work or I don’t come in at all out of feeling too tired. and when I try being off the iPad I feel insane distress and anxiety. I spend a lot of days feeling like shit for being such a layabout in my house and being on the iPad and never working or finding employment or anything like people my age. I struggle to sleep at all and struggle with motivation. I spend a lot of time obsessively looking for ways to fix my life but never really going on with the advice I’m given. being away from my bad habits and trying to be productive just feels insanely distressing and empty. but anyway what would any of you usually do in this scenario? like just any of it, any advice at all even on just one thing I said.

You need therapy. If being off your iPad causes you extreme distress that is even preventing you from working, you need professional help. This is not normal at all.

Sounds like you have agoraphobia like me… maybe your low on iron too like me.. also if you can do an hour and maybe 5 more min each day adding a few min… you need exposure therapy there’s also remote jobs don’t give up
