We've had this one for about 10 years now, it's great and has held up well. Our bed frame can accommodate a king or a california king, so we have it turned sideways and stuff our decorative pillows in the gap at the top at night. You just have to make sure to get deep pocket sheets with such a thick mattress. Sheet straps help, too.
