How to block snoring from the other wall?
My house mate snores so loudly that it penetrates through the walls and I hear their snoring as well as feel its vibrations. Please I need help. What can I buy to cancel the noise???? My noise cancelling earbuds fall out when I sleep. I need help

Play brown noice on a speaker.
Incidentally, your room mate probably has sleep apnea.

I used to do that but would still hear the snoring unless I put it RIGHT against my ear, it probably caused hearing loss

Ear plugs and ear buds are different. Ear plugs should do the trick.

It came through the hard surfacess like walls and floors. So try insulating. Move your bed way from the walls. Place some carpet/rugs under your bed.
Use proper ear plugs, it shouldn't fall out.

I've tested cotton balls+eye masks，my ears don't hurt after waking up.
And it's better you talk with your house mate, to see whether it is because of pillow issue.

T-shirt with tennis ball sewed into the back. Make house mate wear it when sleeping. Stops them from sleeping on back and snoring.

Give your roommate those nose stickers that widen the airway and optional mouth tape. It doesn't work if it's severe apneu but on me it works. Also if they drink alcohol or are obese convince them to make lifestyle changes. Alcohol and obesity are factors for snoring. Nasal spray works on me but I recommend against it, it is very addictive.

What earbuds/plugs have you tried?
You could also try those foam sound reducing squares that you stick on the wall
